You can find people in your local area where to get some second hand materials, sometimes even for free. You can buy cheap lead paint test and asbestos is pretty easy to spot.

First fix the roof leaks and let everything dry, while go into forest to harvest some wood for construction materials. Renting a sawmill is pretty cheap or you can jerry rig something together pretty easily. Talk to people and they most likely can help you if you help them.In a year you should have good pile of milled lumber and some tools to do repairs. Off cuts work as fire wood, warm up and dry the house, long as there is good ventilation. After basic repairs are done, you can add insulation to minimize heat loss.

You are lucky its 300years old house. If well maintained it can last another 300 easily. Also it was built with out power tools, so you should also be able to do it, if you care to learn how to do it and buy few cheap hand tools.
