Off-kilter. Went to bed 90 minutes early last night to try and sleep in/ get an early shower. Slept for my usual 7.5 hours and cursed the dawn. Work week was unexceptional but my boss is going to give me more projects next week so my history of 5 hour workdays with 2 hours of work are most likely soon to end. Looking forward to a lazy weekend, like most of mine. I'd go walk around the lake but I did that twice this week already. You?
Mostly the 'having sex with animals' and 'comparing sexual partners to animals' bits.
my sympathies on the ending of your 5 hour workdays, hopefully adjusting is quick and non-stressful i wanted to sleep for a little longer but ended up waking up after 5 hours unable to fall back asleep i had a fairly vivid dream wherein i saw an extremely detailed book cover that i have doubtless seen before and i wish i could find out what book it was unfortunately the memories of said dream have already faded and now i can't remember the book cover in enough detail to look it up
Adding an exception to t-f.xyz/ in Firefox fixes the problem
Getting certs that last more than like 3 months costs a bit of money. I'd be just as lazy

setting a reminder for yourself to reinstate the free certificate every 3 months isn't that hard exceptions fix the problem, but give a very annoying "your connection is not secure" indication when browsing Yea Forums which can easily be ignored if you're a normal person, but it bothers me to no end
Must be a Windows Server thing, but instating certs is a bit of a process. I guess it's probably easier on W/M/LAMP. MS stuff is always a bit non-standard.
I let my webserver get eaten by the bitflip monster. Rip VM. It was more an experience gaining exercise, and well... it was educational. I certainly won't be using Microsoft IIS for hosting again.
Firefox still reports a secure connection with the green padlock on 4chinz, & TFF is working now. No orange warning icon unless I specifically go to t-f.xyz/. Could be worse ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
>W/M/LAMP does anyone actually use anything other than XAMPP unironically? fair enough, i use chrome so i wouldn't know how firefox behaves when there's an excepted insecure connection on a secure page i'm okay, currently in the process of rewriting a userscript from scratch so that a friend of mine can use it as well how's a you?
>does anyone actually use anything other than XAMPP unironically? Out of my own stupidity, pretty much It was a stupid mistake
I actually wonder who would even use MS IIS out of preference MS themselves and that's it?
You have to be a masochist to configure all of the security settings so that it allows you to do more than simply display static html files
We've been using Vagrant with Scotch-box in class for local hosting/dev and it's pretty handy and self-contained. I wouldn't mind using linux for hosting more often if I didn't use any Windows dependent backend stuff
Firefox is comfy. I keep a portable install in a VeraCrypt volume. Easier than deleting browser history What kind of script is it?
I actually have to be somewhat productive soon. Wasting time is too easy
