Not the guy who posted the original post, but technically VSCO file name only begin to get time based after a certain time passes. Then the file name will appear to be the date it was uploaded. Unless you save the photo recently, it will have a unique File name. I have heard there are some extension/third party apps you can get to find the Vsco username, but it seems to be a hassle and a lot of work
