Public opinion has been pretty stable on Indy tbh. Maybe Brexit issues will bring it back to the forefront but doubt we'll have another ref for a few years either way.
Honestly I don't think we're likely to rejoin. EU would have to ask a lot from us and public opinion could turn against. Really it's anyone's fucking guess.
Also challenges of hard border between Scotland and England. Likely more 'awkward' than the Ireland border - even if it wasn''t opposed on militaristic grounds
Aye. Would be hard if we went Indy but rejoined EU because England would never accept being practically back in freedom of movement by the backdoor. Like free movement myself but it's an understandable concern.
