sweep right or left arm and roll with it,push upper body upwards so shoulders go up towards her feet while simultainiously trying to put the top of your head against the floor

this will relieve the choke and allow you to breath but you will still be stuck with your head between her legs, from that point you could simply try to bring your knee up onto her stomach at which point you could separate her from you
