I need your advice as I am about to do something drastic to change my sex. My parents are okay with me doing this, they understand and now some jackass therapist has to do a full diagnosis on me to see what I already know: That I'm a transsexual. This will take a long time and after that there are still 12 months of taking hormones and living as a fake woman (I'll still have what I don't want, a dick) before they even consider doing the operation. I saw on Jerry Springer once this guy who had body integrity identity disorder and wanted to lose his leg and he just sawed it off, then called paramedics. I'm thinking something similar, but can't bring myself to actually cutting off my dick and balls, since that would be slow and painful. Instead I am thinking of using my fathers gun to shoot myself in the dick and then quickly calling the ambulance. My question here is what is wisdom? Since I was more in to girls stuff as a kid I never truly took up my dads offer to learn how to shoot a pistol right. Don't get me wrong I know a little but even had I taken shooting lessons he wouldn't have taught me this. I'm afraid that if I first put my penis on the desk in example, there may be shrapnel from the bullet as well as from the table. I really need advice here. What would be the best way to do this? And don't try to talk me out of this. I'm very determined to change in to a woman. Not in a year, not in several years, no, today. Please help.
No, Sex and Gender are not different, they never have been. That is a social construct. Science does not support it no matter what you have heard. Men can not become Women, and vice versa. Hey kiddo. They use the old penis to surgically create a vagina. The nerves in the head of the penis become the clit. They contrust the inner vagina with the length of the penis, and some of the scrotal tissue. They use the rest of the scrotal tissue to create the labia and if not enough tissue is available, they will need to graft skin from other areas.
A gun shot is a relatively small hole, so you'd have to take mutliple shots to accomplish your goal. Each shot reduced the amount of useable tissue.
So unless you're hung like a horse, doing it your way basically ensures you end up a Ken Doll. Not to mention the legality the doctor's face in that situation. In most places the doctor would actually be required by law to reconstrust your current sexual organs, not the ones you want.
So all that, and you just end up with a smaller and fucked up looking dick.

It is absolutely essential for you to go through years of psychoanalysis and therapy to prepare you for even starting to transition. You're mentally ill and are going to mutilate your body and be unhappy with your choices after the fact. Artificial vaginas basically are an open wound, you need to force dilate it so it doest heal shut, you need to shave the interior as the skin used internally often has hair follicles, and beyond that shit it's also possible your body will reject the surgery altogether and you'll just have a rot hole between your legs that will get infected, necrotic, and kill you. The penis is actually connected to the body much further inside than you can see. The full length including the inside portion is usually well over a foot long, so to manually destroy your own penis you'd want a bigger gun, unless your dad's pistol is a desert eagle or something. A regular bullet would certainly cause some damage but once you were in shock from the injury the doctors would take over and most likely manage to patch it up while you were monged out on painkillers. Severing with a blade is also fairly simple to fix these days and I know of at least one man who had his dick completely cut off and successfully reattached that went on to star in several porn films.
You should also of course consider that sexual reassignment surgery makes extensive use of the genitals already available and any damage you inflict to your dick will substantially lessen your chances of obtaining a pseudovagina in future.
