Things are gonna be alright. Drink some water. When I did acid I didnt eat or drink anything all day and my head hurt from dehydration so drink some water like 2 or 3 glasses. Take a warm shower. Watch some videos about cute animals or something, and go to sleep or atleast try to take a nap.

I would suggest you skip class. You will look absolutely insane to your professor and classmates and your reputation to both is more important than showing up. Trust me.
