If YouTube went down tomorrow, Pewdiepie would flounder and hemorrhage money at an astounding rate just like every single big youtuber, meanwhile, Tseries would see almost no decrease in profits. Pewdiepie was made by YouTube and is nothing without it.

Everyone had the tools he had and very few came even within the same ballpark of his success.
He could easily move to a subscription model, move to another platform (or even create his own) and do fine on his own, not that its necessary since he is financially set and could retire if he desired.
