i've never really noticed any of the negatives that come along with antihistamines, but they don't work perfectly well for me
i can't live without them but even with them i still get itchy eyes sometimes

I have bloodshot eyes, headaches, bloating, and skin rashes all the time from food allergies so it really feels like something of a lost cause. It's hard to get the energy to look into it all and experiment.
I'll try to get off my ass about it, though.

yeah that's fair, antihistamines might not even work if your symptoms are so severe
but it's always worth a shot, and there aren't too many different antihistamines so experimenting doesn't take a long time

The only meds I've responded well to are Advil and B12 injections. A fucking generic multivitamin knocks me on my ass because I can't process the calcium.

I think it's specifically the calcium carbonate used in most vitamins. But since I'm lactose intolerant on top of everything else it's damn hard for me to get enough calcium through diet.
And yeah, shit sucks, but I've got a roof over my head and enough money for food. Can't complain too much.

i'm not lactose intolerant and even i'm taking calcium supplements because i can't get enough through regular diet
multivitamins tend to have insignificant amounts of calcium though, so maybe you could try a different form of calcium like citrate or bisglycinate or whatever

I'll have to figure out something. I'm also trying to cut back on soda but sugar and caffeine are the only things I've found to help keep my energy levels stable. Every other starch fucks with me.

caffeine pills are stupidly cheap, you could consider those
though they obviously don't contain sugar or taurine
anyway i can't keep my eyes open anymore so i think i'm going to have to give in and go sleep
