I was considering bisexuality but then I saw a gif of a guy shoving his fist in another guy's anus until the inside fell out and decided that lifestyle wasn't for me.

Straight couples literally do the same thing.
If you want to be bi, be bi.
Nobody said you had to enjoy fisting to be bi. It literally has nothing to do with the definition of being bi. Bi just means you are attracted to at least one member of both sexes.
If you are, you're bisexual. It's not a choice.

No it isn't. Heterosexuals shouldn't be biphobic the same way they shouldn't be homophobic and in the same way bisexuals shouldn't be hetero or homophobic.
