Alt+F4 removes your browsing history, but if it's completely empty then it will look suspicous. Look at some shopping websites after you've done that or something. Just to get something in your history.

if you are connected to your work network via VPN you connection to internet is (probably) managed by a proxy server which can detect you browsing porn even with incognito mode on
however if you are connected to internet through your own internet connection you should be fine with incognito mode, however if you catch some sort of malweare then system admins can find out you were watching porn without any problems when they actually look into it

all incognite mode does is ignore cookies and doens't save your browse history
and if by default it ignores all your browser addons but you can change that if you choose to
