Okay. Consider this a last resort. If you really want to render the computer useless, you can enable root user, login as root in terminal, then use "rm -f /sbin/launchd"

Launchd is process 1. If it gets killed (or in this case is unable to launch upon restart) then almost nothing can start up. I've never tried this myself, so be careful.

The best i can come up with is this.
Since her bf was hacked a while ago. If i change the password hint to something creepy like we see you. then she will think this was a hack.

Better idea: be all happy and chill when you give it back. Then when she comes up to you like "user what the fuck is this" tell her something like "oh shit I've seen this before, if you let me have it for one day, I can reset it back" then get her number, when you get home tell her you're working on it and pull up Single user mode and send her some photos so it looks legit. Then reboot the computer, log in, tell her you got back in, then you can either ask her what password she wants or just put in some bullshit password and say "ok I set it to this have fun". Then profit off her now viewing you in a good light after you saved her computer.

restart a mac. press command +r at start up, settings, console, resetpassword, put new password restart, and you are in
