Concentration camps were very much like Gulags but the difference was, they were also gassing and killing thousands of women and children on a regular basis, something gulags didn't do.

What's a death camp? Also I don't think anybody insinuated that the Nazis only killed the jews and there were no more jews. Instead, it is said that they killed women, children, the elderly and those who couldn't work. Then they worked everybody else while starving them (much like a gulag).

hey, i'm just saying that it was a popular term for auschwitz and the other camps. i'm assuming it was called that because of the sheer amount of death that most camps didnt even come close to. gulags i'd think would be the next closest thing.
