I weigh 268 pounds (used to weight 305 at my worst) and I'm too lazy to exercise. I thought if I kept working on my eating habits I'd lose most of fat, but it started slowing down around 275.
How the fuck can I lose more weight without exercise? Do I really have to bite the bullet and work out? Any tips from anyone who was obese and is no longer?

Just cut more calories. Your body isnt fucking magical, if it's not getting enough energy (calories) from what you eat to power your body, it will start burning fat cells to do so.

That's going to be a hard one for me.
I've fasted 23/1 hour and that is when I lost the most weight, but it was taxing when I was at work, so I only did that for a couple days for a month. I've worked on my emotional/boredom eating as best I can, but my job makes it impossible to completely pull through.

Yes, just get off your ass and walk around for 10-20 minutes at a stretch, none of this treadmill shit just walk about. Do that a few times a day, do whatever you need to motivate yourself.

I did try it for a week, but my work hours are swing shift and I typically get home around 1am. So I either get home and walk around at night, but can't go to sleep or I get up and walk, plus be tired/eat more throughout the day.
