My usual 5 mile jog. That was about three years ago.

Just 3 sets of 10 on each exercise, usually do 2-3 exercises per part. I did lat pull downs, leg press, calf press, curls, the normal shit, nothing intense. 15 minutes of cardio for a warm up.
