In my country it's not that hard at the moment. Because of the way the government has messed with the school system over the last 10 years and the way teachers have been given more work to do and for hardly any increase in pay. It has pushed many people out of the job and deterred a lot from even wanting to consider it.

In 4 years you meet a lot of students. Majority of them were pleasant to teach and were no problem. Some are very cute, yes no doubt. Even as a teacher it is hard to not find these girls attractive or just good looking. Some of these girls understand the power they have just being a female and they know how to flirt at a young age. Being the only male in a class full of 20-30 girls of which you teach 5 classes a day, you will get girls who will flirt with you a lot. It is bound to happen.

Some girls were very subtle about it. Just comments like "Sir you look really good today" or "You smell really nice sir". Just this sort of thing. Other girls are just obvious about it. They would stand next to your desk when you're marking work and they would do the "it's so hot in here" act while they take off their top. They just don't care but it can be awkward for me when they do it in front of the whole class. You really have to watch how you react because you have 30 people watching you.
I think a lot of it is just girls being girls. I do not doubt some probably did want to have sex with me but I think a lot of it was just them playing up in front of their friends.
The one that sticks out the most was when I had to help out in our sports events day. I had to bring a group of girls to an area from their changing room. I was waiting outside the changing room and a group of girls kept opening the door and coming out in their bras or their panties and just being silly. It was an awkward day but also pretty hot too.

No, never. But for girls who show they actually want to improve or learn, I will give them as much time as they need. If I like them or not is not a question here.

The hardest time to avoid is when they're working and you're just watching the class. This is the only time you can "stare" at a girl. But you must also remember at any time a girl can look up from her work and see. When you're standing in front and teaching, you look all around when you speak however, so this is a nice time.

I might not have been clear. I do enjoy teaching a lot. But I have done it for 15 years almost now and as much as I enjoy it I do not enjoy what teaching has become. There is a lot more work for teachers beyond just teaching. You get a lot less social hours, you get a lot less pay and you must work beyond school hours for no extra money. Class size has doubled in recent years.
I enjoy teaching and wish to never stop entirely. But as I get older I enjoy having some hours of my day where I can just sit in my office and be stress free until I teach a new class.

I do not think so. I enjoy looking at these girls and I enjoy the fantasies I have about them, but I also really enjoy teaching children and would never want to risk having this taken away. I care a lot about the education of not just children, but everybody. Teaching is a powerful tool.

I think for some people it can make things worse. For someone who has less control it can be a very dangerous career path. You work with children for 6 or more hours 5 days a week. You teach hundreds of students a year. There is temptation from the moment you walk in the class room to the moment you leave the building. For me I have done this for 15 years with no problem, but for some people I think it is best if they just stay away. A girl who flirts + a man with no control is a very bad recipe.

If I do pick a favourite I try to not show it in class. Like I said before I do not give grades because I like you. But I will maybe give my favourite students a bit more attention in class or hand them more praise.

I would like to also add that even for me, there have been times where I am helping a student I find maybe I am standing too close or that I am touching their arm or back when I probably should not. Sometimes you do not realise you're leaning against them when you have no need to. Control and awareness is very helpful.

It is extremely difficult to actually describe to someone how to teach. With a classroom of 20+ students I can promise you that not everyone will like your style of teaching. But I try to be "fun" without being "cringe". I think it is important that you show passion in the subject you teach. It is important to not just explain something but to also explain why it is important to learn this and give real world examples of why the students would benefit learning from it. Students do not appreciate just learning without really understanding why they're learning it. You will find your own style eventually.

I do it because I enjoy seeing their faces when they genuinely are interested in something, or hearing them ask questions that show they understand and are actually interested in what I am teaching them. It is important to grow the next generation of adults and I do it with pride. This is the most difficult question so far and I honestly cannot think of an answer for this. I think for me I actually enjoy seeing the end result. As I mentioned earlier I have students on my Facebook who have grown up and have started families and lives of their own. I cannot express how it makes me feel when I see a student who I enjoyed teaching in class who has gone on to further educate themselves and has gotten a good job and has managed to settle down. Knowing I was able to be a part of their success and whatever they contribute to humanity really makes everything worth it. It is also heartbreaking when I see a student with so much promise who has then not managed to achieve the things they could have.
