4th to last digit identifies the series you have to deal with
0-1: series 1
2-3: series 2
4-5: series 3
6-7: series 4
8-9: series 5
If your scp comes with access denied or awaiting de-classification, roll again.
last three digits show which scp you have to deal with out of the series you got.
example:
post no. 420694201 would have to deal with series 3(4th to last digit is 4) and last 3 digits (201) mean that the user has to deal with scp 2201(cross dimensional barbershop)
