What drugs are least harmful to the brain?
I just want to relax for 3 hours at the end of every day but I can't. I need food or drugs and I still have a couple months left of dieting, are there really no drugs that don't fuck with your cognitive abilities? Cannabis, benzos, ketamine, they're all bad. LSD and shrooms are shit for relaxing, not like I can watch movies or anime while on them either.

Alcohol

CBD, look up a place called tweedle farms. Get all my cbd shit from there

shit tier

cannabis is the answer

Just do weed. Synthetics are bad for you and like you said mushrooms / peyote aren't really for relaxing. Any negative effects of weed can be reversed by just staying clean for a month or so.

Exercise to near exhaustion 5 days a week. There is no substance that does what you want without consequence, otherwise we’d all be doing it

damiana, mugwort, lavender, do some research faggot

Smoking is what makes it bad for your health. Consuming edibles will have a very minor effect on your memory, which is reverse 1-6months of going sober. There is no psychoactive chemical that will have no effect on your cognitive abilities; if they had no effect on your brain they wouldn't be psychoactive.
