yeah I do, these 3 100 gram packs that I got from 3 months all seem to cause cross tolerance between batches. Cause normally when I get a new batch my tolerance always resets back down to around 4 grams. With these batches I'm at 7-8 grams right from the start.

If you don't want to buy capsules for some reason, you could always parachute the kratom. Tear off a small square of rolling paper, pour as much powder as you want into it, and pull the four corners of the paper together and twist them tight. Your parachute should look like a small, white cherry bomb when you're done. Now put that at the back of your throat and take a big gulp of water and swallow it whole before the paper breaks open in your mouth.

If you don't have any cigarette papers, you can tear off a small square of toilet paper or napkin. It all passes through your digestive system just fine and won't hurt you. It's must faster and and doesn't taste like shit.

Less is more with kratom. Been taking it daily for six years. I started out taking 15 grams at a time. Cut it back to 2 to 6 grams and felt better than 15grams. You will build a tolerance so take breaks.

You get a powder thats 10x stronger and its 30 dollars for 100 grams worth. 30 dollars get you an ounce so yeah its 3x as expensive for the equivalent amount but you can just take one pill and fly. I never got into the greens, personally. I like whites (particularly white Maeng Da) during the day and reds at night. But any Maeng Da is still good, regardless of the color of the vein.
