In OB/GYN, it’s about 30-40 a day. About half of them are pregnant. In pediatrics, you’ll see a few per week. In everything else, probably none. Maybe you’ll see a few in dermatology.
Gotta be honest though, OB/GYN killed my sex drive. Seeing so many vaginas and breasts in a clinical context made me start associating naked women with work and problem solving.

The problem with smoking is that, no matter how bad the general public thinks it is, it’s WAY worse from the medical perspective. I won’t go into it because there’s too much to say, but the answer is that it’s slightly more important *how long* you smoke for, than how much you smoke.
I cannot stress this enough. The effects of Tobacco smoke on virtually every organ in the human body is extremely well-studied and really, really fucking bad.
