Serious post here. I have been in your shoes. I recommend learning about weightlifting and getting Arnold Schwarzenegger's book on bodybuilding and going to the gym to lift HEAVY on a regular basis. You will make noticeable progress within a couple of months and start to feel better about yourself. Once you start gaining real strength, it's something you start to look forward to.

Set goals, short and long term.
You need to prove to yourself that you are capable of doing things that you think, "I can't do that" or "I don't want to do that"
Any stimulation to your brain will start making you feel a bit better, but depression is a constant battle and will forever come back to say hello.

Step 2 take a THOROUGH shower. Wash everything. From behind your ears to in between your toes, all the spots your lazy depressed faggot ass never cleans
Step 3 clean your fucking room
Step 4 you will already be feeling better having a clean room and being fully bathed. Maybe read a book, or do some exercise. Literally anything. I got myself a metal detector as an excuse to get outside for a few hours each week. Might not be your thing but has definitely helped me

That means if you're too down to go for a jog, it's still worthwhile to take a walk, and if you're too down to take a shower, it's still worthwhile to wash your face and change your clothes, and if you're too down to cook dinner it's still worthwhile to eat a little bit, and if you're too down to look for a new job it's still worthwhile to just fire off even just one reply to a craigslist ad.
It's okay to half-ass things sometimes, because that's better than not doing them at all.
