It's hard to say. A lot of anorexics make a full recovery, but the most serious impact is the heart, it being a muscle it wastes away and weakens as well. She could very easily die before 40 of a heart attack. Not to mention her immune system is most likeyl severely compromised

Its possible. She's still walking. Still a little bit of subdermal fat in that body. Havent had to spend a lot of time in the hospital, so something is still working in there.
But anorexia is a bitch and EC is or has been in denial for a LONG time.
