Anyone ever get bruises for no reason?

Literally no injury at all, I run 25 minutes a day - and this monstrosity showed up about a week ago. It doesn’t even hurt either. Medfags?

If you get a wound does it heal slow?

leukemia

Lukemia can cause random bruses

Never noticed, I don’t exactly get wounds very often. Work in an office and I’ll workout in the gym but never anything insense just to keep active

Not a medfag but might be anemia. Someone else can correct me.

Why the hell don’t you just go to a doctor?

Might just be small tears in your blood vessels from exercising too vigorously, intensity of workouts will have varying results regardless of duration.

slow to heal wounds in the feet/legs can be an early indication of diabetes. if you're fit you're likely fine, but might be worth checking out

Not really worrying me enough. Just curious to see if anyone else gets them and any ideas people have

It’s been there about a week, just been getting worse. I noticed it again in the shower and was genuinely shocked how concentrated and dense it is. Literally feels like nothing aswell.

a bruise of that size is going to take a few weeks to go away. as long as it doesn't seem like it's slower than usual in fading.

also, im not a doctor. so im not credible.

Do you take any medication at the moment? Does it hurt or feel weird at all?

OP, you should go to a doc. There are things other than leukemia which can cause unexplained bruising and you really need to get checked.

Nope, none. No illnesses either.

Iron deficiency?

Go see a doctor, just to be sure. Sometimes exercises can cause bruises. Since you were running, it's more than likely to be caused from it.
But OP be safe and sure. Get it checked out.

>Go see a doctor
>Lives in America

kek

OP here, I live in the UK if that’s of any importance to you - clearly it is.

I apologize for assuming. I suppose I was lamenting my own situation and projecting onto you. How's the healthcare situation there?

Then just make a freaking appointment with your GP!

They’re watching

If you're getting bruises you can't explain, you need to get checked out by a Dr. It could be a number of different medical issues.

Nurse medfag here! You could be creating an ulcus cruris. Go see the hospital, that is not a bruise, if you cannot feel it, its dead. Go seek medical attention fool!

That, or you turn into a zombie.

In that case its our duty to trace you and prevent an apocalypse!

Hye, anybody know how to bypass an sms verification ? or is there unknown sites with fake phone numbers. I tried a few and they were all banned from the site/already used

NHS, in summary;

Free healthcare but upto 2 week wait for appointment. General practitioners are extremely lazy and just want you out the door for the next appointment, often dismissing your own statements like they know what you’re feeling. I think if more people were knowledgeable most GP’s could be sued for medical negligence.

See above

Nah Yea Forums knows better than a doctor.
