Im not really sure how it happens. Normally its one of two ways.

Sit on a sofa or in a kitchen (next to each other) and just talking about random things, trying to find something common. It usually ends up with me talking about trips ive made or random shit ive built ( Im a EE). The music is usually really load forcing us to come closer and closer to hear each other and boom shes in my lap and making out.

The other way is that we go out to smoke, I dont actually smoke,just blame it on not wanting to ruin my health. Chicks love that for some reason. Just talk and more often than not the chick is the one that initiates it when outside smoking.

Just talk feel the mood, chicks can smell if your thirsty so you have a 0% chance of success if you are thirsty

Would hang out and drink mildly until shots starting coming out. Would do shots everytime anyone asked and made a drunk ass of myself.

Played alot of drinking games like ring of fire. People usually got drunk and horny and 1/4 of the time would turn into an orgy.
