Just dont really wanna be at where i am in life right now, falling behind in a math class, got laid off, the person ive been with is struggling with depression and refuses help, her way of coping with it is just wanting to be left alone which makes me feel like shit. I got a job lined up april 1st. I just hope i can lay off the booze before then, been on a week binge and have had trouble with alcohol in the past.

yeah, i know. just struggling with this since i was 19 for about 8 months, was sober for about two years then turned back to alcoholism for about a year literally drinking everyday last year. Ill be 23 this year. Just hard to get out of this cycle, scares me ill lose control in the future.

I also love to drink when Im upset/have isues, its one of my coping mechanisims. Remember, it will deplete your b12, htp, and seratonin, so make sure you're supplementing each day.

It really depends. Where I live its 24 beers a week (0.33 litre, 4,5% beer) makes you alcoholic. Or if once a week you drink more than 8 a day. Its just how your country defines it

I try to drink water when i can and take a multivitamin, then ride the hair of the dog to combat the hangover, and the cycle just repeats. I plan on stopping for awhile after this bottle, hopefully i wont give in and relapse

I'm drinking Calumet Farms bourbon. Bourbon helped me get through a very depressed time in my life and now I love it. Don't ever let anyone tell you alcohol doesn't solve your problems. Just don't become dependent on it. Things will work out OP, get yourself back out there and don't forget to sober up a few days before your next drug test when you apply for new jobs since they will test for alcohol too

Canada house whiskey for me. It’s been about 3 years since I’ve started heavily drinking, it got a lot worse a year and a half ago when I got kicked out of my parents house and then even worse still about 5 months ago when I moved in with my first serious boyfriend who is also an alcoholic. we drink every single night, we split about a liter of whiskey but we’ll drink more if it’s available. I’ve tried to talk to him about slowing down but he won’t hear any of it and I’m starting to realize maybe this isn’t a healthy relationship for either of us
