RIDDLE ME THIS: If socialism works, why aren’t we using it already?
RIDDLE ME THIS: If socialism works, why aren’t we using it already?
We are.
Socialism doesn't work.
Communism does, but true communism is almost impossible to implement
Because under capitalism, rich cunts run the government and the media, hence they have complete control to prevent it (and this is called a democracy lol)
It's hilarious she scares you NPCs this badly
not sure but most people agree dying cause you cant afford to pay a medical bill is kinda backwards
its like some peasant vs royals type of deal
Because capitalism exists to protect dynastic wealth. It keeps money in a small number of families and they squeeze society into accepting working for them or dying and there are always plenty of opportunists lined up to suck on some of that billionaire wealth to beat the rest of society into submission to the aristocracy. Feudalism never ended. And if any other country attempts it, America just invades immediately or crushes any attempt. Asking this is like asking how someone can say they can claim to be able to breath without assistance while you're holding their head underwater drowning them to death.
Sure, kid. Keep serving me fries and whispering that through your tears.
Not that guy, but we are using it to an extent. Public schools, parks, fire and police departments. The Trump administration’s payments to farmers who are hurt from his trade policies is socialism.
We haven't really tried real socialism yet, but if we did and it was implemented correctly, it would work in theory
