Ask someone who has been working at walmart for over 15 YEARS anything!
Had a great thread yesterday. Good stuff, guys!

How much money do you make and what is your position you work?
How's your CAP 2 program working? Ours is a joke.
>How much money do you make
$14/hr@40hrs/wk
>what is your position you work?
Stocker
It's just fill fill fill. Of course never enough hands and more things to be done. Gotta love the Fast Unloader.
How sad is your life that you post these threads all the time?
In some respects, it's the highlight of my day!
So you are CAP right?
Cap1.
Are you guaranteed full time? Like you are not a part time that gets full time hours, but actually employed as a full time?
If so, you should switch to the floor. You do fuck all on the floor, easiest job in the world. Manage any department aside from electronics and seasonal
Will it get busy in the summer time?
>Are you guaranteed full time?
Nothing is guaranteed in life
>Like you are not a part time that gets full time hours, but actually employed as a full time?
I've always been full time.
>If so, you should switch to the floor. You do fuck all on the floor, easiest job in the world. Manage any department aside from electronics and seasonal
Not sure about that, especially during inventory week. I see stressed DMs pulling in 18 hour days. Not to mention that all but 2 DMs in my store are women. I'm no gynophobic or anything, it's just a feeling of being out of place.
Do you make any more than a cart pusher?
Is Sams club basically walmart warehouse or are they separate things? I've heard so many horror stories about working at walmart but nothing about Sams club.
Any tard stories?
Have you ever dealt with shitty rude customers during the 15 years of working?
Have you ever fucked someone at work? If yes, where?
What's a code brown?
Of course. The only lul is the beginning of the year.
They're probably pulling in $11 unless they've been here a bit. Yearly raises are like $0.20
Sam's Club is just a big box store you need a membership for, hence why the clientele maybe a bit different.
Just a case of this frail woman, had to be early 40s, skinny, but in a mart cart and needy as fuck. I dont have time to shop for you.
All walks of life come in and there's varying degrees of expectations.
It's never a good idea to get involved with your coworkers. I dont have the sexual market value for anything like that.
Damn I just started this week and make 12/hr. Is that all that you can really move up at this job? CAP2 as well
So 15 years and you make $3 an hour more than a cart pusher
Have you considered going to college?
Something that concealed carry states dont have to worry about.
>Damn I just started this week and make 12/hr.
Congrats for starting in the double hourly digits.
>Is that all that you can really move up at this job? CAP2 as well
I'm sure there are ambitious people who put themselves out there and can shoot the shit with management to get a little closer to the inner circle. How they find the time to do this is beyond me as I already work for free just to get everything done.
>So 15 years and you make $3 an hour more than a cart pusher
Well, there's other fringe benefits like increased PTO depending on how long one is here
>Have you considered going to college?
Sadly, no. I failed the GED exam twice and I cannot be a burden on the American taxpayer and taking up a spot that could be filled with someone who has a clear career goal/dream/plan/what have you. I'm too old at 40 to be thinking about that stuff.
Sams club and walmart are the same company. Do the shitty management practices show up in Sams club or are they limited to walmart?
Not sure, but my own personal anecdote has my asshole asm moving over to sams when his position got cut here. I hope I never have to work under him again in any capacity.
wholesomemes
I had a laff.
