Its fake. The human body does not expand in the areas that that is expanding.
That aside, the physics behind it doesn't make sense. For her belly to expand, it would exert an equal pressure back on the air. So the seal to keep that pressure in would have to be as strong as the force applied by the stomach. So unless there is a bike valve in her...it's fake.

But how do you fake it? It's possible to make a 3D animation like this. I know the original and it's a bit longer than that video here. There you can clearly see, that she is pumped with gasses or any liquid. Dangerous though, but she don't seem in pain. In the original you also can see letting her out her 'filling' and standing up after that. Sadly I don't have the original anymore.

I'm not saying you're not on to something in the video being fake, but it wouldn't be because of anatomical measures.
It's fake. I have seen a genuine inflation video where a chick stuck a shower head up her butt and filled her guts with warm water. It takes several minutes and requires someone with a lot of experience and muscle control because doing this causes painful cramps and can be potentially life threatening from electrolyte imbalance or tissue damage. The flow of water needed to expand a belly like this so quickly would tear a colon apart.
People don't inflate this way. They inflate up one side, then they start screaming as the top of the stomach bulges, then down the other side. Somewhere between that side and the middle filling out sightly they pass out from pain and they usually stop breathing shortly after that.
vaginal inflation only bulges the bottom front of the abdomen before the subject loses consciousness from internal bleeding. The seals on the piping rip way before they even start to look pregnant.
