I got an extra lq9 I could through in it but might experiment with this glorified aftermarket TBI (with a little boost on the side)
Iv helped do a few tbi swaps and 1 fitech i did a efi 460 into a 84 f150 2wd that twd was a zf5 with 383s we did square body like yours it was a granny 4 with 410s on 35s it was a worn out 350 dog

If you are looking for a cheaper conversion to FI, lotta guys get ahold of a tbi setup from a junkyard 90s chev, and have the wiring harness shipped of to be pruned, so you don't need as much wiring to run FI

Here's my only hang-up, I may be a fool - but I have moved back to all carbureted vehicles. I've got a 99' hardtail chopper and a bobbed 2000 FLSTF too, and I gotta say - I just prefer the simplicity and straight-forward nature of carbs. Power, fuel, air. That's it. And when tuned properly, they produce better HP and torque to FI.
