Honestly, I like wood fired Neapolitan style pizza. Preferably something simple for toppings like pesto, mushrooms, and roasted garlic, and good quality mozzarella. Maybe a few chili flakes at the end It's lighter, not as greasy which is my preference.

I enjoy thin crust cooked in a brick oven. It's best when the edges are slightly blackened and the pepperoni curl at the edges. Light cheese with a garlic pesto spread applied to the dough before the marinara sauce.

Cast iron is definitely the best for at-home unless you want to make a bigger one.
How about toppings? Imo broccoli is severely underrated when done right so it crisps up nicely and gives the best broccoli can be.

Pesto as a sauce replacement is pretty great too if you've never tried it.

If you like thin and crispy then look up coal oven pizza.

Not at all unless your toppings are too wet and drip down, and even then it's counteracted by the high-heat pan so it still forms a crisp crust for the most part. There's even the advantage that if you want a crisper crust and the rest seems done then you can finish it on a stovetop.
Broccoli is best when seared or roasted and like most brassica it takes on nice nutty elements along with a crisp texture on the florets. Brussels sprouts are another good one but easier to fuck up.

Most people who hate them had them cooked in a shitty way when they were younger which ruined it for them forever.
When they steam in their own juice they become musky and mushy and just about the grossest brassica but when prepped properly and seared in some fat, especially pork fat, they turn crisp and toasty and nutty.
