It wasn't Brimful of Asha, was it? That was a one-hit wonder (sort of).
i cant think of any other hints. and if i hummed it it wouldnt help.
but if you listen to "Rythm and Police" from the first link i posted, you could say this really fast with the song. i dont remember any spcific lyrics cuz its all jumbled fast
