The thing is though, for charges against Tyrone to happen the women in the videos have to have come forward / confirmed they are in the video.
This is not consistent with MG taking on lawyers to sue for defamation.
His lawyers would bluntly refuse the to take the case on if Montana confirmed she is one of the women in the video (and the circulated video has already had it's victims(?) identified to police).
