1. Since science confirms that matter cannot suddenly appear out of nothing, how then did the Big Bang occur, randomly, by complete chance, and without any substance there to cause this science-fiction reaction?

2. Some atheists then fall back onto their new theory, that there was something there already, some portion of matter, two or three elements at most (so they conclude), and that somehow that small amount of matter spinning incredibly fast, suddenly, and without warning, just exploded/expanded and those few elements miraculously created all the other Periodic Table elements in a flash. So here are the questions for this point:

a. Who put the substance there in the first place, since it could not have created itself?
b. If you believe that the matter was simply always there, then why can you not believe that God was?
c. How did all the elements across our known universe suddenly form out of only a few?
d. Without using some overly-complex mathematical equation that you don't even understand, how do you explain why it happened in the first place?

3. Why have atheists tried to use science to justify their absurd theories when really they should all be dressing as Trekkies and punting science-fiction instead?

1. Define what you mean by "nothing". That word covers many things, and the "nothing" that describes what if anything the absence of a universe would mean, is not the "nothing" that "something cannot come from nothing" refers to.
We don't know what "caused" the big bang. The thing is, if the universe began at a point, "before" and "caused" don't even really make sense as ideas.

2. Once again, we don't know what occurred prior to the first moments of the big bang. It's an interesting thought experiment and there's some fun modelling to be done there but no one can currently prove anything about that. It's mathematical game, no more.

3. Science describes the world around us. The world around us doesn't seem to need or imply the presence of anything beyond it. In fact, everything we know about the world around us tells us there likely can't be something beyond it. Depending on your definitions, saying something is "outside" the universe doesn't even make sense.

Basically - if there is a God, and said God can interact with the universe, then that interaction should be able to be demonstrated as possible and measurable - "boxed in a laboratory". If there is a God and that God CANNOT interact with the universe, then that is indistinguishable from there not being a God, so who cares?

Because "atheist theories" have been formulated with the acumulated knowledge, investigation, experimentation and work of mankind over the milenia. Explaining it and answering all the twists and turns and details you would ask will require a lifetime of studying the laws of physics and previous discoveries made in human history.

Its the same as if you asked someone why they think a lightbulb gets turned on when you press a button. You will be told that its not magic, but rather that the button allows for the bulb to recive electric input and that it turns that energy into light and heat. But then you ask what is electricity? And then what is energy? And then how can electricity be converted into light? And then why are electrons energized? And then what makes up an athom? And then what are quarks made of? And then whats matter? And then the other person just procceds to tell you that he doesnt know the detailed answer and how to conduct an experiment to prove it to you on the spot and answer further questions so you can go into a downspiraling chain of questions with the intent of ending up in "god makes it work".

On the other hand, theologists have the advantage of not having to understand any aspect of how the universe works in order to "explain" their beliefs... Because they are beliefs, you just believe. You just have to say "My god wills it, period" and look condescendingly at people that try to explain thousands of years worth of knowledge that powers.

At the end of the day, it all doesnt matter because even if you had a whole scientific comitee properly answering everything we know about the universe you would just end up asking a question that remains a mistery to humans, and then it all comes down to "its god, and everything you discovered is god".

Theology is about crediting all that you cant explain to your deity's will. There is no point in an argument between science and theology because of how each one works.

The scientific method is that if your results align only partially or not at all with your hypothesis, your hypothesis is incorrect, and your experiment becomes background research for a new one. Perhaps I was unclear in my first post but I clear it up in this one ; God, by virtue of his nature, is outside of the epistemological bounds of the scientific method and thus any "experiment" that might be used to attempt to prove his existence is inadequate seeing as the scientific method presupposes only naturalistic causes as an explanation of any given effect. Furthermore, you would be committing a special pleading fallacy if you were to only accept scientific evidence for God's existence, and, as previously stated, if one were to assume the only way to arrive at truths about reality was the scientific method one would necessarily end up in a circular argument.

The first step in the scientific method is observation, yet all of our sense perceptions are able to be tricked, why assume them to always be valid means of apprehending reality? This obviously is not to say that these beliefs are irrational, but rather to demonstrate that there are many more fundamental presuppositions we all have about reality that science can't even begin to demonstrate, I would argue God is one of them. 1. Probably no one has the education and qualification here to accurately answer your questions.
2. If the answer hasn't been discovered, not knowing doesn't mean "it was god"
