It's alright fatanon, just eat less. I was always skinny, got a period where I gained 30kg and became chubby. Stopped eating and lost weight like crazy.

I did keto, no exersice, started in July and went from 352 to 264. Just do a cheat meal every other saturday.

Keep on going and don't stress anything, you'll get the best results if you don't stress yourself. Set up small goals and try to chase them. I believe in you user.

user stick to a ‘Ketogenic’ diet it will help a lot in only 3 months I made it to my weight goal and went on building more muscle. Please be very committed to this if you’re really REALLY wanting to change your person as a whole and please stay positive keep a log or something to see how much progress you made it really helps I hope you make your dream come true!!

It is simple. A controlled set of meals, with appropriate portions, for the first few weeks drink more water between meals to cleanse your dietry tract but also to make you feel fuller between meals, so you don't go oversized in portions.

Exercise, there is no way around it, no other diet will magically drop the weight from you, you still need to exercise to remove that excess fat etc.

If you can swim, go swimming do 10 lengths 5 times with a 5 minute break between. If you can't swim walk a mile and a mile back home.

As you progress through your weight loss, increase the lengths or distance. Then work on other exercises to remove stomach fat etc.

It isn't easy, it never will be, but you have to come to the realisation that you put on the weight by your own choice, not because of other reasons like most try to do to shift the blame.

Once you understand that, your mind will be in the right place.

Also cut down salt in your diet, salt is a high water retention aid which isn't good. Use alternatives like rock salt or crystalized soy.

If you want to turn that fat into muscle, eat proteins and carbs and prepare to work out hard.

Either way, you just need the willpower to do it.

30 pounds in 3 months is already a bit fast. Don't hurt yourself user. Give it another 6 months, you'll see the difference. don't forget to take before and after pictures.

In February I weighed 280, I'm 238 now and I don't know what happened. I've lost all interest in food and legit can't sleep through the night. I get night terrors, sleep paralysis, and during the day I'm in a fog and my body hurts all day and night.

I'm probably going to die from whatever is going on...but at least I won't be a fat pos like you OP.

For dinner 250g of rice and 100g of boiled chicken with your choice of viggies.

Honestly you might look into fasting.
Train up to a 3-5 day fast, keep working out and everything. It will also naturally shrink your stomach back to a normal size.
But keep it up. You're getting into the meat of the jjourney
