Well I'm in a weird position unfortunately. I'm sterile because of a birth defect. I dont get aroused sexualy by anything either which makes having a relationship impossible to say the least. Sensible is reaching. For me, being a pastor or holy man makes more sence but due to my position I dont like the idea of a God very much if you catch my drift. No I'd have to say it's just my way of trying to coup with being so distant from people while still being able to share fear or amazement like regular people do during sex. If it's gunna be a one-off, try looking at the tabs under a black light. It should glow bluey-green under a UV light or not at all. Any other colour and it's dodgy.
Also there's the old "if it's bitter it's a spitter" test, but honestly you're better off swallowing the tab if this is the case. Nbomes, 2cb etc wont kick in if you swallow whole, where LSD will.
DONT confuse "bitter" for the usual numbing feeling when you put the tabs on your tongue. Mate of mine did that and wasted perfectly good tabs.

it should be tasteless or near tasteless (ink still has a taste) and there might be a slight numb feeling after it's been on your tongue for a while.
if it tastes downright foul or gross then it's something else. not necessarily bad, just know that you're not gunna have an LSD trip, it'll just be something else. The main issue with non-LSD tabs is the trips are different lengths, different potency and some research chemicals you can actually OD on like 3 or 4 tabs, where as LSD you cant.

In general LSD tabs are 100ug give or take (depending on how well they've been stored, how old they are, whether they're dipped or dropped onto the blotter etc can be realistically 80ug~120 or 150 a tab).
Be wary of anyone claiming they have 200ug or 300ug tabs or such. 800ug and 1000ug tabs were a thing in the 60s but not anymore.

Also the art on the blotter can be some help identifying too. If you have a big enough strip that you can recognise the art you can always post it on like 420chan, tripsit or some other LSD community and people'll give you a shoutout if it's legit.

Psilocybin on the other hand is great for introspection, and creates new Neuro pathways evidently. A very deep meditation.
