The manager has given a million interviews like this before you and is mostly just making sure you know how to shower before hiring you. They know you're nervous and trying hard.
Honest answers are better than looked up canned answers. Ive never been able to give a good answer for where I'll be in 5 years but my employers have appreciated the honesty instead of me trying to pass off some run around I found online.
My biggest tip would be to try to be as relaxed as possible. I keep in mind when I go to interviews that this dude shits in the same toilet I do and even if I give a perfect interview where I say and do nothing wrong I probably won't be able to keep that up forever so it's better to just be yourself. For most positions they're just looking for someone able to do it and don't want to schedule more interviews if they don't have to.
