Honestly I can’t say I’m surprised. She had a target on her back even when she was still campaigning, but it also seems like certain states usually produce more allegations of corruption (real or imagined) than others - California, New York, Illinois, New Jersey.
If the FEC violations are true, more than likely she will be sanctioned from being able to seek (certain) donations for next election cycle, which will likely tank her re-election chances.
