Draw more frequently, also we have a drawthread

Maybe try actual pencil and paper
>inb4 "amish cunt"

That's fucking awful just shoot yourself

you have some potential. other than general gitgud, the head could be placed over to the left more and add more of a neck to the right of her head.

Remember: drawing on a computer allows many layers and easy to change little fuckups, but you cant spend all your time fixing things.
just belt out shit and get better.

nuther one super quick Really appreciate the input

You should join draw threads and a draw community if you really wanna get serious about drawing. Personally drawing saved me. I'm much better than what I use to be. I'm sorry you're going through something.

Good looking out homies, and yeahh just spent the weekend in jail sadface

to whomever draw that shark lady last thread, /r/ing her wearing one of these.

this isn't the new drawthread you retard

Are you OP? If so, your art is awful. Please do us all a favor and neck yourself.

>request from last thread

no I am not
this isn't the new drawthread, this is just a thread about OP trying to perfect his art skills. please don't spill into here

OP is pretty awful at drawing. He should just stop.

Take your shit you if you all want to improve, you fuckwits.

Take your art seriously and you will do well. Explore in your sketchbooks, and commit real work into real quality paper. "Every line a lesson, every page a parable."

user was reading my mind on some real shit

Headed your tips especially not focusing on perfecting every detail so much

Take everything at /ic/ with a grain of salt. They will scream LOOMIS at you,and SKILLZ,and stamp what ambition you have into the dust. The goal for some may be to draw realistically, but maybe not you. I say instead to find your own eye,and your own style, and make your art unique from everyone else. Look up pictures by Kim Deitch, pictured here,S. Clay Wilson,Spain Rodrigues, and all of the Weirdo comics gang. Become your own teacher. Just draw and explore yourself.

This is Kim Deitch.

Holy fucking shit it's shit.
Even Scribbie is more preferable than this garbage, and Scribbie is already among the top tier garbages in the drawthread.

It's in a mock Disneyesque style. You don't have to be photorealistic to make money with a simpler art style. Look at your average greeting card. And this is S. Clay Wilson. Another weird but unique style.

And on the subject of creativity, you might want to channel your energy into Second Life. It held me spellbound for several years, and if you can get along with Gimp, you could make a living of sorts from it. The picture here was my last club:the blue textures were forged from a random picture of ice,the trees cycled through the rainbow with their foliage, the plants were made from mandelbulbs, and the model's dress from fractals. It's free to join,so take a look around and see what can be made there. And if you know how to code, you can do even more!
