Just got the weirdest call. This woman was on the other end of the line, I assumed it was a machine at first but she spoke actual sentences and responded to me, so I figured it was a sales call and wanted to fuck with her. As expected, she tells me I've been selected for a cruise or some shit, and I tell her to go ahead and set me up. Then she says, let me just tell you about it!
This is where it gets odd. She hands the phone to someone else, who speaks worse english than the woman did. He doesn't really explain anything, but says that it's a promotional deal and asks me some questions. I don't commit any solid details, other than that I'm single, no partners of any kind, not even a roommate or anything, and that I'm between 25 and 30. He hangs up.
What the fuck just happened? I was seriously hoping to string that along for another 15 minutes, but him hanging up weirded me out.
its a scam they ask you questions like what's your girlfriends name or where were you born to guess your security questions for banking and other shit. your lack of a life saved you from being scammed proud user

And that's why I never give my name and other details unless I know it's trustworthy, like my actual insurance guy

I guess that makes sense? Have some more porn. All out of YYH though.
I got several calls like this. The people on the other end of the line are paid by commission and have to work within their clients' constraints. I feel more pity than annoyance towards them.

Sounds pretty shitty.

if i were asked that I'd respond "fuck you" to all questions. Then again, those are my actual security answers :(
