So for the past almost month now I have been having really itchy balls. They are becoming scaly and flake off. I been washing them everyday and applying lotrimine, which is an antifungal cream, to the area for a week now. Nothing is changing they still itch to the point where I accidentally scratch them till the skin bleeds.
I don’t have health insurance so going to the doctor would kill me financially. Any suggestions?

Get a few bars of dial soap from the dollar store and wash your balls with them every day until it clears up. It's all I use anymore and works miracles for things like that.
