Pretty great. Wife and I stayed at home on a rainy day with our 2 year old, had family nap and reading time (mostly we napped while 2 year old goofed around in the bed), and now the wife and I are catching up on work for the upcoming week on laptops while the kid watches Tayo the Little Bus on TV. Dinner was smoothies and left over sandwiches from lunch.

Woke up early. Went for guided meditation at Centre for Spiritual Living. Nice Q & A session with the minister instead of Sunday talk. Volunteered my contact info to ramp up the book store. Went to the local Flea Market. Spent 13 bucks for various items and was gifted a Rumi book by a kindhearted bookseller. Then a good friend invited me for homemade soup. The cold spell lightens up tomorrow. Yay. I am embracing wellness and sprouting well. I'm off the pot, so I can afford guitar lessons now and New Thought counselling at The Centre. Life is good.
