I'd have a secret hideout where people could show up and prove themselves. I'd use discord to recruit. Once they pass the test they get their colors. Then we would grow bigger and get some tattoos. The cops would always be on the look out too. Eventually a reputation would be applied to us and we could be seen and known just by our colors.
