I’m a flag collector, it’s one of my hobbies but I’m having a moral dilemma. Is it wrong to own a nazi flag if it’s just part of a collection? I’m not a nazi, obviously, but is merely owning one wrong in and of itself?

Not if you keep it with all the other flags. And if you found a real one and didn't buy a fake one.

No.

Yeah, huge distinction between collecting historical memorabilia and nailing a new one to your livingroom wall.

>asking Yea Forums to solve moral dilemma

As long as you are not flying it.

It's a piece of fabric that has no meaning other than what you give it.

its just a flag man
you have a lot of other flags. but that doesnt mean you stand for them

dude collecting is totally cool and I'm sure you won't be shunned from society for owning one

Owning one is not wrong at all. However, if you only have like 3 flags, then don't be showing off your collection if the nazi flag is one of them.

not in the slightest.

on one hand yes but on the other hand no unless yes if you mean no

It's dye on fabric, who gives a fuck

Hitler did nothing wrong dude, no issues here.

>I'm not a nazi, obviously

well, why not?

National Socialism is a genius political ideology that worked very well for Germany until almost every world super power ganged up on them.

I have the confederate flag, the north korean flag, the soviet union and communist chinese flag, the Democratic Kampuchea (communist cambodia), antifa, the rainbow flag, israeli flag, palestinian flag, about a dozen others

No, but stop being an edgelord.

I collect vintage sheet music, so a lot of the memorabilia has niggers with big lips and coal black skin eating watermelons. It's fine to own it, just don't let people you would think to have an overreaction see it.

It's wrong not being a nazi.

Have you seen the people who try to solve moral dilemmas these days, from politicians, to pundits, to influencers, and the mass media? A retarded monkey throwing shit would do a better job, so Yea Forums is perfect

No, make sure to hang it over your flower pot on your balcony.

Soy. Not even once.

>is it wrong to
Do you have any idea what the word wrong means? Wrong according to what? And according to whom? And why are their ideas relevant to you at all? Youre not in some club where peoples judgements of you matters. Grow the fuck up and think using your own brain.

If you own any other historical flags (such as USSR, Confed, WW1 German flag), then I think you should be fine

Is it wrong to own Mein Kampf?

Yea but not originals

Not ig you display it with the Israeli and LGBT rainblow rag.

No, but alot of people think it is

Well, If I'm not mistaken the money from Mein Kampf goes as charity to some needy jews or something.

so who gives a shit about them?

stop being such a pussy

I guess that answers my question. Good analogy

Nobody in the US sells them so I’ll have to order from Europe

This might help

>I’m a flag collector

Nope. You are a troll.

Thanks

If Youre not a nazi then its completely all right ;)

No my college has a Nazi flag it's for history purposes

nothing wrong with this

It’s not triggering the special snowflakes? Wow, that’s pretty amazing

Even thinking about this flag makes you a nazi, you wouldnt want to be a thought nazi, would you?

You dont deserve a Nat Soc flag.

So youre saying the nazis were a special kind of evil?

And what if you are a Nazi that owns the flags but you just embrace the nice parts of Nazism?

That’s the narrative that society wants people to believe, whether that’s correct or incorrect is a different argument

If you only embrace the nice parts of Nazism then you're not a nazi. You just recognize that Nazism did some good things, as few as they were.

How do you start collecting flags? I'm interested.

Did k-12 with the same 20 kids in a small ass town. One was this blonde girl whose grandma was from germany. It was like our senior year. She brings in this nazi flag for some stupid show and tell shit that was like 60ft by 40 ft. She couldnt open it all the way up in this classroom. It was fuckin awesome.
