Hey anons I will post a conversation here that happened a while ago
>Hey user where are you from? >Iam from Slovakia >Oh you mean Slovenia? >No, Slovakia >Czechoslovakia? >Wtf that doesn´t even exist anymore. Iam from Slovakia a SLAVIC country >But slavs are Russians
Why is it that countries from central Europe are the most forgotten even tho they are one of the most beautiful places in the world?
You've forget about girls. Slovakian women are best

kľud komrad :D

Guess I didn’t realize there’s actually a central Europe thought everything east of Germany or so was one large Russian stinking swath of shit
Isaiah Davis
It's because Slovakia is just basically the worse Czech Republic. Lived in Bratislava for about 3 months. An utterly boring, unremarkable place. Yeah, the Tatras are nice, but you can find beautiful mountains in a lot of other places that are not even that far away.
Jackson Flores
>basically the worse Czech Republic (A) made me chuckle, so points for that (B) TBH, that applies to ALL of Czechia too outside Prague. Prague is a cool city (and was the cultural center for Czechia and Slovakia both), but the rest is just, yeah, a few nice mountains here and there
Juan Nguyen
yes, yes, we get all that, but you gotta admit that you pretty much brought that one with that utterly "unique" name AND flag
>Applies to all outside Prague Yeah sure mate, not in the slightest
Robert Roberts
brought that on* yourself*
>fucking autocorrect
Gavin Ortiz
I guess, but it's still better to have a single distinguishing feature/city than none. I guess that's the answer to your question. Slovakia's not really good, it's not really bad - it's just kinda there. I mean, everyone's heard of Uganda, but I wouldn't call that a good thing.
Jayden Hall
your fucking point being? even the czech government has recognized how retarded not having a short form is and therefore now recommends czechia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czechia
Ian Fisher
Ymm and whats about Poland?Or Hungary or Ukraine (Its poor but have lovely people)
Evan Wilson
please enlighten me and explain the significant differences between small-town/rural places in czechia and slovakia
Jace Fisher

Because it was a lot easier just to call all of that shithole USSR
Carson Cox
no disagreement from me
one cool-ish and somewhat unique thing about slovakia is the hungarian-speaking region along the danube
the blended cuisine is great: dumplings, beer and blended sauces/gravy from the czechoslovak tradition, meats, veggies, and spices from the hungarian tradition. YUM!

Hmm maybe Poland dont want to have boom boom people because their history is only wars, battles and revolutions

Because we all have the same shitty flag, problems and languages?
