My personal take on airline food:
It is challenging to produce a consistent meal with that many covers in any environment. The fact that they have to keep it edible from a kithen deep with the terminal to the plane and then distribute on a plane is kind of impressive sometimes.
Sometimes it is not so impressive. I appreciate the old Seinfeld bit but, I really don’t find it truly funny because of my old career in food service
