Hey user. It's been around 8 degrees C here in Britbongistan today. Cloudy with a slight chill in the air. Been ill all week so I went for a walk for an hour earlier to grab some cash and groceries. Damn man. Not exactly sure if I can even give any viable advice. Drugs will just make you sad in the long run. Hope you lose some of that stress soon.

I agree, I'm often called straight edged, but drugs aren't the answer nor a good substitute for happiness. Whenever I'm feeling down, I try and keep my mind occupied so it doesn't wander or stray away to bad thoughts. Luckily enough I live near quite a bit of water, I like taking bike rides near our local parks to take it all in.

I wish there was something pleasant nearby, but I have yet to discover it. All I want is to be alone in nature. Was considering getting a VR headset just for this use.

Seeing as its legal now and has been for years, weed wouldnt be so bad. Always relaxes me out and gets rid of stress. Makes me happy aswell and I find myself laughin a hell of alot more now.

Unfortunately, I'm unemployed right now and am a console player so I wouldn't be able to participate in virtual reality. Whenever I get the chance, I'd love to create my own gaming PC and try that out - it looks entertaining.

Have you tried starting a new hobby? Off-topic, but when I was younger I had self-esteem problems and an antisocial personality (still somewhat do) so I'd do things out of my comfort zone taking baby steps to build up confidence.

However, do what makes you happy. In the long run, that's all that matters. If that's what you truly want, go for it!
