This is probably a hacker or a group of hackers who doxx their victims and this is how they get the info on you, so it's not like some supernatural spooky monster, that's the guise for the 12 year olds to see.
Anyway it has resulted in two linked confirmed suicides - I don't know their names, Google it, lazytards.
