If you know her name, you can google her name. Also, you may call the town municipality to ask if x person lives there (you can give a bogus explanation, relative etc.) If you really care about that person, you should look into it because I have a friend, who's a girl, met on omegle, and we've spoken a ton in the past and really cares about me (feelings mutual). I would 100% do try to find if she's okay and safe!

Thank you for the advice, sincerely. I've tried googling her name but there are no results leading to her. As for calling her town municipality, there's a language barrier. She's not from a developed country. The town she lives in is an actual town, not that big. I don't know how the phone receptionist would react to an english speaking person. But you are right, I need to do everything in my power to know the truth. It's also for my own sanity, as I catch myself thinking about it multiple times per day and it makes me feel terrible. Such as reading old conversations, seeing what school she went to, checking where did she go to uni, people she talked about (if you really want to find about her, you could contact a friend she told you about). It's not 90's anymore, you got access to instant information and means of communication.

First thing you need to do is find out basic information. Said the town ain't that big. Google "news x town" add her name, that's one thing I would do. Then I'd try to find the persons school, but since you sound older if I was to guess, I'd think she's in uni or graduated. I'd check the conversations for what did the person want to do in the future, check the closest universities (by their sites, and try to find her name). Google her e-mail, people don't really change it. I don't know honestly, these things I'd do if I was you.
