It's called a plateau and it's normal. Your caloric intake is too high though.

You plateaued. Increase the amount of physical activity your doing. Or switch it up. Different kinds of workouts. It'll last a week or two and you'll push through again and it'll keep dropping off .

Stick with it. Don't give up. A plateau is part of the experience. Always happen.

Im doing 1600 a day and doing intermittent fasting. Should i go down to 1200?

You need to have more anal sex. Helps lose a lot of weight. The thin linings of the butt help you get good burns

Take a walk and dont eat after 7pm tubby

Start by eating 1400 calories a day, when you already feel that this fills you too much (which would be almost a month), you should lower the 1500 calories to 1000 calories a day, drink enough water, avoid refreshments and foods proceeded, then you yourself lower the calories at your own pace and flavor. I lost 50 kg in a year, using the same method.

Try cutting 100 calories every week until you start losing 2-3 lbs per week. That's a healthy weight loss rate.

>1600 a day
>368 lbs
Are you kidding me? How can you eat that low and have a plateu? You sure you don't eat more?

Like i said above ive been doing 1600 a day and drinking a gallon of water a day. But i will go to 1400 a day i guess

Im sure. I was losing weight fine but the last 4 days it just stays at 368. I weigh everything i eat and research it too

Burn more calories than you take in.

>thinking a very very very long marathon, in your case, can be won sprinting

DUMB! Everyone knows caloric restriction is not provable scientifically. It's not compatible with the data we have on the human system

untill now you mostly lost water
reduce the calorie intake a bit more like 1400 or 1200 and look how the next 2-4 weeks are goin
also try some lowkey exercising like walking a mile or two a day

Keto

Factoring in a big shit and a very large person's water-weight, lets say you've lost a solid 20lbs of actual body fat in 38 days- that's roughly .5lbs per day. Someone of your size can basically ignore muscle atrophy - so 3500kcal / lb

That means you're averaging a deficit of 1820 cals per day.

Just keep going. At your size, the weight should be falling off. Just remember though - not shitting for a few days or changing your diet can mke you retain water and it'll seem like you're not losing weight.

Just keep eating the same calories and don't cheat yourself. The weight will come off, because the objective realities of physics.

even 400lb people don't lose 25lbs of water weight dude lol.

>mostly

Are you working out as well OP?

Weight yourself on a weekly basis not everyday, and only in the morning after you’ve done your disgusting human business.

Weigh*

1600 is fine. Prolly a little low.
You get quite a few "free" pounds in the start as the sugars that retain water in your belly are removed from your diet, and thus there is less water inside.
In the beginning you pee away your weight.

Just keep at it. It's hard, it sucks, but you can do it and it will get better.

But, also, tits or gtfo.

Try being less fat? Like before doing any activity, ask yourself, "is this fat?" If the answer is yes, don't do it
