mate you only need 0.84g protein per lbs bodyweight MAX to both built muscle or maintain lean weight during a cut. I doub't you need 200g unless you're a bohemoth, and if you're a bohemot you ain't gonna be cutting down to only 2000 galories a day.

As for lean protein sources, chicken breast is gonna be your best friend, tuna is good too and some vegies like broccolli and spinach have very low calories and high protein.
